I have a Ph.D. in Applied Anthropology, with a focus in Medical Anthropology. I am currently an independent researcher at Manzano Research Consulting, and I am also seeking a position as researcher, assistant professor, postdoctoral scholar, or medical anthropologist. I specialize in qualitative research, mixed-methods studies, medical anthropology, mental health, im/migration, public health, and health disparities. I have a strong passion for research, and I am eager to begin new projects, both in the U.S. and abroad. As a consultant, I bring expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods research, data analysis, and dissemination to both small and large-scale research projects. I am proficient in MaxQDA software for qualitative data analysis, as well as other software such as Qualtrics, to assist in data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
